What’s it like to stay in a cabin with a hot tub?
Being surrounded by trees and rolling hills has a calming effect on the soul, especially when you catch an enticing glimpse of the sea sparkling in the distance. Desks, screens, congestion and to-do lists are inevitable parts of life, but it’s important to get off the treadmill once in a while. The sound of leaves rustling and birds singing as you sip a West Country cider in the hot tub will revive and re-energise you, ready to embrace the good life for a few idyllic days.
Sustainability and glamping
Travel, by its very nature leaves a carbon footprint but we’re committed to limiting our impact and promoting positive change in the glamping sector. As one of the highest-scoring B-Corps in travel in the world we must be doing something right but we don’t rest on our laurels. We’ve pledged to become net zero by 2030 and we’re limiting the amount of places we represent in over touristed areas. Find out more about this, and how we’re supporting equality in access to nature, by reading our impact report.
What makes Devon so special?
There’s something seductively nostalgic about Devon – it’s that association with childhood seaside holidays, and the feeling that life is enjoyed at a slower pace here. You’ll look back on your cabin holiday as a happy montage of beach days, leisurely strolls around bunting-clad market towns, nature walks and jolly jaunts to historic houses and festivals. The only risk is that you might come back with a slightly tighter waistband after a few days sampling the delicious local produce. Totally worth it.
Why book with Canopy & Stars?

Choose from mind-blowing design marvels with sea views, off-grid tranquillity by babbling streams or a fairytale bird box in the woods. That’s just scratching the surface of our cabin collection in this huge county, but the highlight of each one is the hot tub where you can lose hours communing with the great outdoors and planning tomorrow’s adventures.
