It’s not that you can’t rush around, it’s that you won’t want to. Nature has a strange ability to slow us down, calm racing minds and soothe jangling nerves. Set off on meandering strolls from your front door to discover roaring fires in country pubs, ancient castles, farmland and lavender fields. Then hunker down for long evenings unwinding in the hot tub, as you gaze at a blanket of stars in the vast skies above.
